Refund Policy
At Ozizi Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions.
Timeframes

Product dissatisfaction: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.
For visible damages (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos or a video of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., links removed from a bracelet).
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another available product, or

Receive a refund for the product’s value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, customers must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage after purchase (scratches, cracks, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Improper accessory use.

Normal wear and tear (oxidation, fading, battery degradation, etc.).

Resistance tests not recommended by the manufacturer (drops, water exposure, excessive pressure).
