At Ozizi Store, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is between 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take between 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking code that will be sent by email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Partial Shipments
If you purchase more than one product, they may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking code.

Possible Customs Fees
In rare cases, customs may apply additional fees or taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address
Please check your details carefully before finalizing your purchase. In cases of incorrect addresses or recipient absence, the package may be returned to the sender, and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
